Highfields on Tour
The performing artists are off to NYC in March.
Mrs Bonsall-Allen (Head of Dance and Drama) is taking 34 students and 3 staff on a visit to the big apple.
Highlights include: A night-time trip to the ‘Top of the Rock’ at the infamous Rockefeller Centre, seeing a Broadway musical, visiting 9/11 memorial and a workshop with a Broadway professional. We will also visit Central Park, walk the high-line, see the Statue of Liberty and take a backstage tour of the iconic Radio City Music Hall. Students will enjoy time in Times Square and their stay at Moxy Hotel, as well as dining at ‘Bubba Gump Shrimp’, ‘Hard Rock Cafe’ and the entertaining ‘Ellen’s Stardust Diner’.
This is Mrs Bonsall-Allen’s 4th time leading the trip and she is very excited to take the students to experience the sights of New York as well as experience the best of the Performing Arts the world has to offer!
